Below you will find details regarding the warranty and excellent after-sales service that comes as standard with your Clement Clarke Communications product. Please note that warranty conditions may change over a period of time
Warranty
Clement Clarke Communications offers a two (2) year warranty on telecom headset products and a one (1) year warranty on aviation products. Please note that the duration of the warranty depends on the laws of your country. We strongly advise you to keep your proof of purchase in order to prove the date of purchase of this product.
Limited Warranty
Clement Clarke Communications warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, with its obligations under this warranty being limited (save in the case of sole gross negligence causing death or personal injury) to repair or replacement at its own expense provided a claim is made within the warranty period applicable to the product purchased.
Post-replacement
Clement Clarke Communications gives on replaced products a minimum of 3 month warranty or the remainder of the original warranty period minus the number of months that passed between the purchase date and the date the product failed.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Damage caused by, OR PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM, USING THIS PRODUCT WITH A NON-CLEMENT CLARKE COMMUNICATIONS ACCESSORY PRODUCT such as an AMPLIFIER, ADAPTER, SWITCHER AND/OR CONNECTOR/QUICK DISCONNECT/INTERCONNECT CABLE, accident, abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood or water damage) are not covered. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT SHALL
(A) HAVE NO DURATION GREATER THAN 2 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR TELECOM PRODUCT and HAVE NO DURATION GREATER THAN 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR AVIATION PRODUCT,
(B) TERMINATE AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THAT PERIOD, AND
(C) TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE EXCLUDED.
Consequential and incidental damages, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROPERTY AND THOSE ARISING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CLEMENT CLARKE COMMUNICATIONS, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, are excluded.
This warranty also does not cover
- products that are/have been modified or repaired by someone not authorised by Clement Clarke Communications or without Clement Clarke Communications’ approval or that are subjected by the customer to misuse or unusual physical or electrical stress.
- products that have: (a) serial numbers or date identification tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; (b) pcb serial numbers that do not match the original build, or pcb serial numbers that do not match the outer housing; or (c) nonconforming or non-Clement Clarke Communications housings or component parts. Any of these voids the warranty. Consumable spares and accessories (unless they are found to be non-functional or broken upon purchase of product), such as:
* Cases and case parts
* Modular Plugs/Quick Disconnects (QD)
* Headbands
* Storage Pouches
* Switches
* Ear Cushions (Foam or Leatherette)
* Hygiene Packs
No Other Warranties
Except as set forth above, and in the printed warranty which accompanies the products, Clement Clarke Communications grants no other warranties, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the products, their fitness for any purpose, their quality, their marketability or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Clement Clarke Communications’ liability under the terms of the above warranty is limited to replacement of product units found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Clement Clarke Communications shall have no liability other than as provided under warranty to distributor, whose sole remedy shall be as provided by Clement Clarke Communications under this section. In no event shall Clement Clarke Communications be liable for the cost of procurement of replacement goods by the distributor or for any special, consequential, reliance or incidental damages, however caused, or under any theory of liability, even if Clement Clarke Communications has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations will apply notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Out-of-warranty service
If your equipment is out of the initial warranty period provided with your product, our UK based service centre is here to help you to continue your business without disruption. In addition to our standard product warranty, customers can extend their products warranty and enhance their service response by purchasing:
- Additional 1, 2 and 3 year extension options to a maximum of 5 years in total (4 years for Aviation products).
- Bronze service level: our standard option, you return your headset for repair, your headset repair is undertaken and completed and your headset is then returned to you at our cost.
- Silver service level: the bolt-on service which provides you with advance replacements of faulty units, while your product is away for repair. This service is chargeable, please ask your account manager for further information.
- Pay for an out of warranty repair and have their faulty product repaired.

Warranty Determination
To be able to claim warranty service on a product, please call our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)1279 456320. To determine the start of the warranty period we will ask you for your serial number or the manufacturing date code detailed on the product. If the product fails within the first 30 days following purchase we recommend that you to return it to the company from which you purchased it.
