The materials selection of ABS, acetal, and nylon are all non-hydroscopic and prevent bacterial growth, making the headset hygienic and easy to maintain while remaining durable.

Special attention was paid to the selection of the microphones and receivers' ensuring that the TC200 series provides superlative sound quality. The unique "Dove Tail" on the monaural headset is designed to sit higher on the head ensuring greater comfort over longer periods.

The microphone boom arm has a 3 position positive memory combined with semi-rigid nylon material, this ensures that the correct position of the microphone is maintained allowing the noise cancelling microphone to operate at it's greatest efficiency.
