Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is the new hot top within the enterprise communications sector with more and more organisations realising the advantages and cost savings moving traditional telephone lines over to VoIP lines using a single IP network for internet traffic, email and voice.
Upgrading your infrastructure to take advantage of this new way of communicating does not mean you have to throw away your Clement Clarke headset and purchase new USB based headsets. Using the TCplus USB cable, you simply disconnect the existing Clement Clarke headset from the downlead and connect to the TCplus USB downlead and then connect the USB end of the cable to your computer.
Windows will automatically install the necessary drivers for the device and route your audio through the Clement Clarke headset in the normal manner.
You also have additional features on the TCplus USB cable allowing you to select volume levels and mute the microphone and or speaker for added flexibility.
