- Uses low power, high performance DSP to process audio signal
- Integrated voice tags informing user of exposure limits and settings
- User selectable voice profiles to improve voice inteligability
- Continuously monitors and records the acoustic exposure received
- Noise dose measurement in digital domain inline with EU Noise Directive 2003/10/EC
- Notifies the user when 90% of allowable daily exposure through the headset is reached
- Notifies the user when maximum allowable daily exposure through the headset is reached
- Accurately configured for different types of headsets and consoles
- Compatible with electret or carbon consoles, with approx 18 dB gain on carbon mic consoles
- Incorporates sophisticated acoustic incident detection technology, attenuating wide range of acoustic incidents, including:
- high-energy loud acoustic signals
- malicious screams, shouts and whistles
- short duration high-pitched impulsive incidents
- high-energy single & dual-tone (DTMF) signals
- fax / modem signals
- Incorporates sample-based acoustic signal compressor
