Total Headset Management
Total Headset Management is a brand new solution from Clement Clarke Communications that we guarantee will take the hassle out of headsets forever. In a busy call centre environment, any down time spent maintaining, repairing or waiting for replacement equipment will impact on the efficiency and profitability of your operation. You need 100% reliability and performance from every piece of equipment - including your headsets. And with total Headset Management, that's exactly what you'll get. THM is a unique package that provides comprehensive support for Clement Clarke headsets, keeping them fully operational - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - from as little as 60p per headset per week. All our headsets are bar coded with a unique serial number, allowing full logistical control. Asset Management A unique database that works in conjunction with our bar coded headsets. The program can be installed on any computer and responsibility can be given to one or several members of staff. THE SERVICE YOU EXPECT, THE SUPPORT YOU NEED Because every Call Centre operation is different, we've created a flexible service menu. We can help you to create a cost-effective, bespoke package from the list of options that include: Leasing Total Headset Management offers the flexibility of optional headset leasing. Third year warranty An extra year's warranty package that guarantees even longer hassle-free performance. Cleaning Service Headsets must be kept clean at all times in order to meet the recommended health and safety criteria. As part of the Total Headset Management package, your headsets will be cleaned on a regular basis, either monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly. 24hr headset repair Your headsets will be repaired within 24 hours of receipt at our repair centre, ensuring minimum disruption of your operation. Advance replacement for headsets If you tell us that you are returning a headset for repair, we will immediately despatch a replacement. Pre-paid postage on headset repair returns We will provide either pre-paid envelopes for your headset returns, or will arrange collection via a registered carrier company. Fixed pricing on further headset purchases. During your contract period, we will hold the price of any number of headsets you purchase. Technical advice line Expert advice will be available throughout your contract period. The advice line is manned by qualified engineers who have been involved in the design and manufacture of the headsets that you use. Buy-back scheme If your call centre has a mixed batch of headsets, we will offer to "buy back" those headsets. This allows you to have a single headset brand on site, for easier management. Serialised headsets for logistical control All your headsets are bar coded with a unique serial number, allowing full logistical control. Discounts on replacement headsets If you are replacing older Clement Clarke headsets, we will offer large discounts to upgrade. On-site hospital stock If you have 150 Clement Clarke headsets or more on site, we will offer a percentage of the total as on site "hospital stock". This will allow you to replace damaged or broken headsets immediately. NO WORRIES. NO HASSLES.
